The love I have for cooking led me to leave my career as a computer scientist and start an exciting journey inside the kitchens. Cooking took me to many places, starting from my own restaurant in Drama, Greece all the way to New York City and London.
Anyone can see love, passion, and respect in my dishes.
Mediterranean cuisine is my expertise; I have spent years researching and developing the cuisine of my country, gaining a solid knowledge and understanding of it. Keeping as a basis the idea of creative simplicity, characteristic of the culinary tradition of Greece, I started incorporating new techniques and ingredients to it, ones that bring the tradition into the world of today’s cooking. Techniques such as sous vide, smoking, molecular gastronomy, combined with ingredients from all over the world create my new fusion modern recipes and dishes. My experiences in USA and Europe gave me a lot of insight into different cuisines and made me an international chef.
My career history demonstrates my outstanding communication and leadership skills as well as my reputation for being organised and dependable.
